Circa: 1970-1990 Condition: Vintage Used Size: 1 3/4 inch diameter and 1 1/4 inches wide Type: Napkin Rings Country of Origin: India Manufacturer: Made in India
Set of 12 Silverplate Napkin Holders, or Napkin Rings, made in India. The outside is ribbed for an almost mirror ball effect when they are shined up. Two of the napkin rings are still in the original cellophane and have price tags from the Carson Pirie Scott department store. I dated the store logo to be from 1978 to 1990. The original price of these beauties was just $1.75 each. The only identifying mark on the rings is a foil Made in India. Not stamped sterling silver so I assume they are silverplate. It is unusual to find a set of these. Most are priced per piece or for 2 to 4 of them. Price shown here is for the set of 12. I did not polish them. I will leave that to the buyer. |
