This 1930s necklace is a cascade of 11 "ball" chain strands with long and short jointed hollow links of gold-plated brass.
The shortest strand is 15" long and the longest is 23"; the "width" of the falling strands at the front is about 4" and the width of the fancy, stamped box clasp is a little over 1".
The beads drape fluidly, there are no breaks or crimps. The natural brass color is visible in some areas, but the overall effect is one of reflective Art Deco style.
