Three slightly different versions of the ever-popular classic Santa Claus holding a tree glass Christmas ornament, made in Germany in the 1930s and earlier.
The clip-on Santa is about 3 inches high (not including the clip). There is some random finish wear to the red coat and hat, as well as typical age deterioration of the inner mercury silvering. The clip has been replaced.
The other small Santa ornament is about the same size as the clip-on. It looks like the same mold too, the only difference being the pike is at the top rather than the bottom and of course the variations in the way the ornaments have aged. Some rub wear to the red paint on the back of the coat as well as silvering loss to the body.
The larger Santa ornament is just over 3-1/2 inches high. It's a little more detailed with a green tree and white paint at the fur trim. There is red paint wear, mostly to the back, and minor silvering loss to the face and beard area resulting in a pearly-white effect rather than transparency. None of the ornaments have any chips or breaks.
