BLUE AND WHITE TRANSFERWARE/VARIOUS & UNUSUAL SHAPES: PEARLWARE TOAST RACK BLUE TRANFERWARE Toast Racks are not common in early transferware. This 8" by 4" by 3" high pearlware toast rack is printed in a soft blue with a pattern that combines flowers, leaves and lace. Condition is excellent with only one chip under a corner that does not show when the toast rack is standing. Take a look at all of the photos for the details. The toast rack was probably made in Staffordshire around 1835. I use these items on my desk to hold letters. Of course, you can use it for toast!
