One (#4) of a set of 12. Measurements: 5 1/2" X 3 3/4". While the gentleman reposes in a thronelike chair, two ladies entertain him, one pouring wine from a decanter. A castle is lightly depicted in the background. Very pretty depiction of plants and foliage and very fine detail of faces, clothes and hair. Watercolour brushstrokes are quite clear. There appear to be 3 initials amidst the foliage: TAG. COndition: good.    $100.00
