RARE McCOY TEPEE COOKIE JAR
Here is a rare McCoy Cookie Jar which depicts an Indian doing battle . This Tepee Cookie Jar is the straight lidded jar and stands approximately 11 tall. The base is 8 in diameter and has the McCoy name USA 137 on the bottom. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks, but the paints has worn in some spots but the underlying color and glaze is perfect.

McCoy Pottery Brown Cookie Churn Cookie Jar, circa 1977. This cookie jar is unmarked. It has the 3 dry runners on the bottom. It is also pictured in the Hanson-Nissen-Hanson McCoy Pottery Volume 2 reference guide on page 273 and page 280. Measures 10 1/2'' tall and 7'' in diameter. Excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. There is a very faint crayon-like odor present when the top is first removed. I've been told by ''experts on McCoy'' that is common with authentic vintage McCoy cookie jars.

McCoy Mug and Cookie Jar
For sale is a McCoy mug and cookie jar. (2 items, one price!). Nice white, 1971 McCoy Happy Face Mug, (very faint mark on this one), and a Cookie Jar minus its lid. The mug is in excellent condition and measures about 4 inches. Not quite as common as the yellow mugs. The 2002 bv on the mug was $30-35. You also get the McCoy cookie jar, (it is missing its lid, but makes a nice vintage planter!). It looks like someone used the cookie jar as a planter, and it has one tight small hairline in the back of the head, but otherwise is in good condition. The cookie jar would look great on your desk or in a dorm room with a nice plant in it, and you can have your coffee in your mug! (reference info: J.Snyder's 2002 book on McCoy Pottery, pg. 168).

Vintage McCoy Stoneware Bean Pot Cookie Jar
Vintage McCoy Pottery Black Stoneware Bean Pot Style Cookie Jar, circa 1939. McCoy made these in black and ivory in 3 and 4 quart sizes. This is the 4 quart size (it is marked with an incised 4). It has cold paint decoration in green stripes and blue flowers. There is a small shallow chip on the lid (barely noticeable) which has been touched up by a previous owner or was original from manufacturer--not sure which. The black paint may have been touched up at one point--some parts are shinier than others. Overall, it looks very good with just minor wear to the cold paint. There is a slight paint? odor when the lid is removed which I was told by an ''expert'' is a sign of an authentic old McCoy Cookie Jar. I tend to judge McCoy authenticity by the glaze colors/detail/decoration appropriate to the time it was made, color of clay, weight and size (very important) as well as where and when it was found. This cookie jar measures 8 3/8'' tall and 10'' wide handle to handle. This is an authentic McCoy Bean Pot Cookie Jar ready for your vintage kitchen.

Ceramic BUD VASE with PICTORIAL FRIEZE
A ceramic bud vase with a pictorial frieze of images separated by acanthus-type leaves. One image depicts several men and a woman in a small boat and another image shows men and women walking on a trail (a woman is on a horse). In both images one woman wears a crown. The images are embossed and on both sides of the vase. Colors are light brown on an ivory ground. This vase goes nicely with the McCoy Frontier cookie jar. Height: 6 inches; unmarked. This is a lovely sugar canister or cookie jar with lid. By McCoy Nelson with blue and white stripes. Unfortunately, the lid has a big chip on the lid. If you can't repair it, then, you can use it simply to display. Measures 7" tall x 5 1/2" opening. Marked USA on bottom. Aside from the lid being damaged, this canister is clean, in very good condition and SHINY IN AND OUT.
