Watt Pottery: Pottery Watt Pottery Bean Pot and Beancups For sale is a vintage Watt Pottery bean pot and beancups. c:1940's. Beanpot w/6 Watt beanpot cups. This beanpot is called the Bisque style and is shown on pg. 129 of the 1993 book by Sue Morris. Watt Pottery was in business from 1922-1965. This bean pot is in good condition, just one tiny fleabite off the bottom rim which does not show when pot is standing up, and a tiny scratch on the lid. The lid and interior of the pot is a chocolate brown gloss glaze. It is 9 wide x about 8 high, has incised mark on the bottom which did not show up in the photo, it says: Watt 76 USA Ovenware. This pot makes a nice cookie jar too! The 6 matching mugs/pots are marked: Oven Ware USA, (see Lehner's book of marks to view the mark, pg. 503). This beanpot also looks great next to other vintage stoneware jugs & crocks, see pics for ideas! The 6 beanpot cups are all in good condition, no chips or cracks.
