Signed: 'Albert John' in script; backside has blue underglaze symbol that looks just like an F. Thomas mark, but inside it reads: Th u E, then MR. Under this mark it has Bavaria in red; then in red: Moavechal Niel, and Hand Painted in blue. No chips or cracks; the painting is very well done, but there are some small visible scratches. You will only notice the scratches it if is in your hands, not in your china cabinet. This charger is almost 12.75 inches wide.
