Morton Pottery: Violet Pot with Under Plate Morton McCoy Shawnee Here is a nice violet pot with what appears to be a Holly or leaf & berry pattern. I believe it is Morton but could be Shawnee or Brush McCoy; I can't find it in any of my books. The condition is very good, no chips, cracks or repairs. This is a smaller pot, about 4" tall and 4 1/4" in diameter.

These types of mugs are shown in the Zanesville, McCoy and Morton pottery books c.1920's and they all look very similar, so it is hard to differentiate between them if they are not marked. No chips or cracks and measures about 4.75 inches high.

It could also be McCoy or Shawnee. Measures approx 5 1/2 inches X 4 1/2 inches.NO chips, cracks, scratches. Does have overall glaze crazing. Very pretty circa 1940s kitchen decorative, and quite usable!

Morton & Cliftwood Art Pottery: Pottery Vintage Morton Pottery Pots and Saucers morton pottery For sale is a vintage Morton Pottery pots and saucers. 2 for one price = $20/each! Morton Pottery in biz from c:1922-1976. Larger one is a deep pink bamboo style, measures 5.5 x 5.5 inches, dry bottom rim, incised mark: MORTON USA. Small factory flaw near exterior top rim, (glaze miss and slight indentation); some light mineral deposits on interior, but good overall vintage condition overall. Smaller pot is an aqua/green, and is 4.5 x 4.5 and is unmarked. No chips or cracks; some glaze pops. Morton is no longer in business and there is much less of it around than McCoy pottery. African violets thrive in this vintage pottery!
