Shawnee Pottery Pedestal Vase

For sale is a very nice vintage Shawnee Pottery pedestal vase. Shawnee Pottery Co. only in business from 1937-1961. Lovely, heavy, soft peach colored Shawnee two-handled vase, marked USA, and shown in J. Mangus' 1994 book on Shawnee pottery. It is 8 tall x 5.5 total width. Dry bottom rim and is in good condition, no chips or cracks. You could mistake it for a McCoy, it is identical in weight and glaze color, and since Shawnee stopped making pottery in 1961, there is much less of it around than McCoy.

Small Vintage USA Pot and Saucer

For sale is a small vintage USA pot and saucer. Small item, only 3.5 tall x 3.75 wide. Bottom: Made in USA, #319 3. It is either Brush McCoy, McCoy or Shawnee, have not had time to check, but I know it is one of those companies. Likley a Shawnee miniature. It has a leaf pattern on it; no chips or cracks. Great for mini African violets! Age est: 1930's. estcs10/08

Vintage Shawnee? Pottery Shoe

For sale is a vintage Shawnee? USA shoe planter. Very cute little aqua glazed, pottery shoe. This shoe was listed at another site as a Shawnee, but I cannot locate it in my Shawnee book. It is possible it is in another Shawnee book, or it could be a McCoy, Morton, Brush-McCoy or other American company. Marked USA on the bottom side, (faint mark), and Shawnee did mark a lot of their novelties with just the USA mark. It is 4.5 long x 2.5 wide. No chips or cracks, just a bit of faint crazing. Start a vintage shoe collection! They are still affordable, and small, so they don't take up too much space!

Shawnee Hillbilly Planter

For sale is a vintage matte white Shawnee Pottery Hillbilly planter. The book also indicates this might be a McCoy. Just has a 'USA' mark on bottom. One of the hillbillys has a small surface chip off bottom of foot, other than that it is in good condition. Looks great on a windowsill! brncs

Shawnee Stagecoach Lamp w Original Shade

Here is that hard to find Shawnee child’s bedroom stagecoach lamp with what I believe is the original shade. It is marked USA and what appears to be L295 (very light and hard to be sure) on the bottom. The condition is very good, no chips, cracks or repairs; the cold paint appears to be at least 90% complete. Some of the paint on the roof of the stagecoach is crazed and missing from the heat of the lamp. The paper or cardboard shade is intact but it is dirty and stained. It looks like a child wrote “Rusty?” in pencil about 1” long on it, I’m not going to try to erase it, whoever buys it can try if they want to. The stagecoach is about 9” long and 7” tall. This will go very well in anyone’s western, cowboy, Shawnee, McCoy, Royal Copley or art pottery collection.Stage Coach Light
