This is a rare Fenton lamp. Occasionally you will see one of these in French Opalescent, but this is Fenton's Green Opalescent Dot Optic pattern G-70 series lamp from the early 1930's. Similar lamps can be seen in both of Whitmyer's "Fenton Art Glass Patterns" books, 1909-39 and 1939-80. Measuring 7-1/2" in diameter, this one is definitely Fenton as it has the slightly panelled pattern in the base. No chimney included. In very clean condition, no chips or cracks.

Fenton covered candy dish or candy box in the orange Valencia line from 1969 to 1973. This line was designed by Anthony Rosena and was a pivotal line for the Fenton Art Glass Company. Excellent smooth glass that is a vivid orange for that classy retro look. 6.750 by 5.50 at widest point it is an unmarked Fenton.

This beautiful COMPOTE was made by the FENTON ART GLASS COMPANY sometime after 1969. It features the PRESSED PATTERN WATERLILIES & CATTAILS and is made of a gorgeous shade of AQUA GLASS with a BLUE/WHITE OPALESCENCE RIM. The edge is RUFFLED creating a wave of grace.The CONDITION is VERY GOOD/EXCELLENT.The FENTON OVAL MARK is impressed on the bottom.
