Robinson Ransbottom Roseville Jardinaire
For sale is a good sized Robinson Ransbottom Roseville jardinaire. (RRP is no longer in business). Lovely majolica style RRP Roseville jardinaire, c.1979-80's; shown in the book. It is 10 wide x 8.75 high. Good overall 'vintage' condition, no chips or cracks, just some interior mineral deposits, which come off if you scratch your fingernail over it. Also has some factory flubs on exterior; spots where green/brown color did not cover, but there is glaze over these. These jards look great at the holidays with poinsettas or small x-mas trees in them too!

For sale are three Robinson Ransbottom stoneware crocks. The price is for all 3. Attractive, heavy-duty crocks with red wood lid and black RRP Roseville inkstamps on bottom. Smallest one is 5.25 tall x 4.75 wide. Largest one is 8 tall x 8 wide. On backside there are a few pits in the glaze on this one, and an inch long line in the clay, (not a crack, just a factory shrink line). Medium size one is 6.25 tall x 6 wide. Can be used for flour, sugar, coffee/tea or your kitchen utensils which is what Marth Stewart uses here for! If using as a storage cannister, use a sealable ziploc as a liner since lids do not fit very snugly. USA destinations only.

Huge Ransbottom Jardinaire & Pedestal
For sale is a gorgeous large Robinson Ransbottom jardinaire and matching pedestal. Magnificent jard made by the RRP Roseville Pottery Co., made from an old Weller Pottery mold; the book specifies this. RRP bought out Weller when it went out of business in the 1940's. The jard and ped are in good condition, just some minor crazing on interior of jard, and two clay separation/shrinkage lines near bottom of pedestal which happens during firing at the factory. The jard is 12.5 wide x 11 high; the pedestal stands 21 tall; and when jard is on top of pedestal, it is 31.5 high altogether. The jard has incised mark: RRP Co., Roseville, Ohio #421, just like the book indicates! Great indoors or out! Tip: secure jard onto the pedestal with floral goop or double sided tape, that way it won't tip over if you accidentaly bump it. USA destinations only. This frog is about 7 wide and looks great standing in the center of a birdbath! It has an open bottom, but is quite heavy and of course, well-made vintage American pottery! Ransbottom Spongeware Heart Crocks
For sale are three Robinson Ransbottom spongeware heart crocks. These are stoneware with the lids but most people remove lids and use as utensil holders like Martha Stewart. The largest is 8 tall x 7.5 wide; then 6.25 tall x 6 wide 2 QT; last is 5.25 tall x 5 wide, 1 AT. The smaller ones have the RRP black inkstamp mark, large one is not marked. These are thick, heavy-duty with no chips or cracks. RRP recently went out of biz. The mid size wood lid has some gouges in it, see picture 4. 10/09esacsr

Large Ransbottom Jardinaire
Very large vintage Robinson Ransbottom jardinaire. c:1939-1952. This is a very attractive mixed glaze, majolica style jardinaire. It is 9 tall x 10 wide, (huge in comparison to an average size vintage pot). Has the raised flower pattern, and USA #163/ which corresponds to the book number. No chips or cracks; some glaze pops, misses, and crazing. Thick, heavy, durable, well-made American pottery. You can buy new pottery from china and it will disintegrate in about 3 months. These jards look great at the holidays with poinsettas or small x-mas trees in them too! USA destinations only.

Antique Ransbottom Open Chamber Pot
For sale is an antique Ransbottom open chamber pot. c:1915. Shown on a catalog page in the RRP book. Thick, heavy-duty old chamber pot. These came in 2 sizes and I also have a smaller version for sale separately. This is the adult size thunder mug; has crazing, and one chip off bottom dry rim which doesn't really show when pot is upright. And, it was called an open chamber pot, it did not come with a lid. It is 9.75 wide x 6.25 tall. Great to use on an antique washstand; as a planter, or in a shabby chic room!

Antique Ransbottom Small Open Chamber Pot
For sale is an antique Ransbottom small open chamber pot. c:1915; shown in the RRP book on a catalog page. It came in 2 sizes, and did not come with a lid. Heavy-duty pot; some crazing, (in some areas the crazing is more noticeable), with a nice worn, smooth bottom rim. Nice detailing on it as you can see in the pictures. This pot stands about 5.25 high x 9 wide. Good overall condition with only one very tiny fleabite off the bottom rim. These look great on an antique washstand, or as a planter!
