Here's a darling girl, by Goebel, in their Blumenkinder series. She's called the Accompanist since she's strumming a banjo and entertaining the canary who sits at the end of the instrument. She's in good shape, with only a couple of flower petels in her hair damaged. You can see them in the closeups below. Other than that, there's no damage. She's a daring, 7.5" tall, complete with her Goebel stamp and her Lore impressions. In the W. Goebel Porzellan book, she books for between $127-$155. She's offered here for only $95!

This Goebel 1978 Annual Praying Girl Crystal plate that was produced by Charlotte n Hutte of Western Germany. It is approximately 8.50 inches in diameter with no nicks, chips or cracks. It is of a frosted girl kneeling and the back ground is stippled with the ribbed rim. There are a few light small scratch marks but they do not detract from the beauty of the plate. Goebel Bestsey Clark Hallmark figure – Bless You – is 4" tall and has both the Hallmark and the Goebel stamp on the base. Hallmark dates it to 1972, while the Goebel stamp dates it between 1963-1973. This Goebel/Hummel collector set features the MI Hummel "Evening Prayer" figurine (HUM 495)...a little girl with lowered head in prayer. She stands just 4" tall, base is marked Goebel with Bee, Germany and 495 and 1988 are incised on bottom of figurine. The Goebel Serenity Prayer Plaque #818242 comes with a wooden stand (or it can be hung on a wall) and from wooden frame edge measures 10-1/4" x 8-1/4" (Inside 8-1/2"x6-1/2") The timeless prayer words are printed to the left of the shelf for figurine and the back is marked #1082-D Goebel 2003. And his decorator's initials are also present. The number 7 on his jersey tells us that he's probably a quarterback, punter, or place kicker. CoBoys originated in the German village of Co-Boy, where the people invented imaginary friends to keep them company.
