The back of the vase has an etched design of 6 birds in flight, towards the center and right side. The bottom of the vase is signed, along with the artists signature, which I believe is E.L. The book does not indicate whether this vase was signed or not, and this vase is not signed. It is 6.5 tall x 4.5 x 3.5 inches wide at top. It has the tan, (ADA) clay visible on interior. This is quite a heavy vase. It has a couple of minor flaws; one corner edge on top of vase has a fleabite; and it has one black mark on it, which is under the glaze, (looks like the color didn't mix correctly), and one large glaze pop, as well as some pinpops throughout exterior of vase. Overall though, it is in good display condition. I am 99.9% sure it is a vintage Frankoma vase.

ROYAL WORCESTER VASE
Royal Worcester footed porcelain vase with two handles. This beautiful vase is 9 inches tall and approximately 7-3/4 inches across the body of the vase. It is approximately 8-3/4 inches from handle to handle. The body of the vase is done in a basketweave pattern with tree stumps forming the "feet" for the vase. Branches from the stumps extend into the body of the vase with gold leaves and flowers. The detailed enhancement on the leaves, flowers and trees is copper-colored. It has a Greek key design in the band around the top of the vase. It was made in England circa 1883. The vase is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There are a few very small places where there is some wearing away of the gold.
