1993? Ondee Limited Edition Franklin Mint Heirloom Recommendation D2E2689 presented by Royal Doulton and the House of Erte.
Very unusual Art Deco black plate crafted of fine bone china and is bordered and individually hand-numbered in 24 carat gold issued in an edition strictly limited to 45 firing days. Comes with certificate of Authenticity & depicts a dancing art deco lady recklessly celebrating the New Year or something New Orleans Mardi Gras bead-related(not Jerry Springer).
The plate measures 8 inch diameter. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or hairlines.
