Size: measures 5 1/2 inches long from toe to heel and 2 1/2 inches wide, 1" deep.
This pipe holder is very unusual and rare. Have not seen one quite like this. Dates to about the 1920s or 30s. VERY COOL old souvenir piece marked from Daytona Beach, Florida. It is made out of what I think is BURWOOD, a compositioin material made to look like carved wood. It is a Native Indian Moccasin, and on one side it says 'Daytona Beach', it is hard to read in this photo, but showing the side with the writing anyway. Showing the bottom also to show the age. Very different, and very detailed!! In very good condition for it's age, the bottom shows some wear, but no major cracks or chips. |
