This digital watch has a black plastic rectangular casing with the words "Golden Crisp Cereal" and a cartoon-like sun. The watch band is a multi-flourescent-colored fabric. Although the watch is in Mint, never used condition in its original plastic holder, the battery has expired & you will have to replace it.
