Nice Saint Francis duo. St. Francis of Assisi, model of Christian courage and heroic love for God, founder, mystic, perhaps the most beloved Catholic saint of all, founder of the Franciscan Order, born at Assisi in Umbria, in 1181 or 1182 This original piece of art by Bill Daley portrays St. Francis as so many picture him as patron saint of animals and ecology. It comes in a frame and is about 8 x 10 1/2 inches. The wooden modern style statue is about 12 inches. A lovely addition to any collection.
