Beautiful vintage angels each depicting her birth month. Made by Napco National Potteries Corp Circa 1950's. You can see these beauties in the Napco book by Kathleen Deel on pages 28-30.
*This is the "December Angel" as it says on her base in gold lettering. She has a Poinsettia and gold bells on her dress & joyfully singing Christmas carols. Wonderful hand painted detailing & spaghetti trim with plenty of gold accents. Her gold halo and gold tipped wings are wonderful.
She is 4.5 inches tall
Very Good with no chips cracks or repairs. Just normal age crazing and what I believe is a manufacturing oops, the spaghetti trim on her right wrist slipped onto her dress when she was made. It really doesn't detract from display as I didn't even notice it for awhile.
She is marked on the bottom "C1372" and has her original red & gold Napco sticker that reads: "Napcoware N Import-Japan"
These little cuties are perfect for the birthday girl or have fun and collect all 12. I have & they look terrific with the Napco boy angels of the month too. Please see all pictures and check out my other goodies. Thanks for looking ^..^~ |
