Small antique desk blotter advertising Scotch Brand Cellophane Tape (Minnesota Mining and Mfg. Co.) and the C. F. Heller Bindery in Reading, PA. The left hand side of the blotter gives instructions on how to use the tape. Heller Bindery was listed in a 1929 online document for the city of Reading. Blotter is in good clean condition with very minor surface soil that is barely worth mentioning. The back of the blotter has very light wrinkling and minor edge curling and has no writing or markings. A great early four color advertising item. |
