Geneva vintage Swiss made mechanical wind lady's watch with a 14 karat white gold case and gold filled with cloth band, in excellent working order but has some age discoloration and soiling on the face. It is a beautiful rectangular design with intricate gold work patterns on and around the face and sides of the watch and a blue sapphire set in the crown. A rare treasure! Will fit a six to 7 inch wrist. Stamped 'Star Watch Case' and '14K Fine' with serial numbers inside the case and 'Abra Watch Co. Swiss 17 jewels' on the movement.
