The knife, made 1968-74, measures 10 3/8" long with a 5 7/8" long hollow ground blade. The blade has a blood grove & is marked "BUCK 119 U.S.A. " It has not been sharpened or used.
The finger guard is black hard rubber sandwiched between layers of aluminum. The handle is polished black hard rubber & is topped with an aluminum pommel. The finger guard & pommel are highly polished but show some minor scuffing.
The knife fits securely into a heavy leather sheath which is tooled "BUCK KNIVES' in the front & "119: on the backside. The sheath shows that it has been carried & also has some minor scuff marks.
This knife is truly a perfect side piece for the big game hunter or the outdoors man who appreciates a fine carrying piece & would dress up a collection of quality knives -- a perfect gift! |
