| Just Beautiful is how we would describe this Rare Antique Art Nouveau Dresser Vanity Puff Box. It is made of Copper and decorated with a Raised and Detailed Peacock on the Lid. The Peacock is extremely detailed and he is flaunting all his Glorious Feathers! Around the Perimeter of the Box in raised Detail are Lots of Serpents riding the Waves! Box is clean and has been well cared for with no problems. It has fabulous Patina that can only be acquired through years of age. Measures 5 1/2 in diameter and is 2 in deep. It is marked on the bottom with a R impressed in a Diamond. We believe it was Manufactured by Ronson dating it to the 1920s. Lid fits nicely on the box. Lovely just to look at. We will hate to see this leave us! |
