This is a very nice large vintage ceramic statue of the Virgin Mary holding Baby Jesus in her arms. This statue retains its original paint. Beautiful old patina. There is a felt pad under this piece with the label reading, "Roman Art Co. Inc., Robia Ware No. 240, St. Louis, MO.

" This piece is heavy and substantial. The faces are sweet and serene with nice attention to detail. This statue is in excellent original condition with very minor age-appropriate wear. Circa 1940’s.
