This is an nice clean, 9" long pruning cutter, shears marked by the maker, "WM. SCOLLHORN CORP. NEW HAVEN CONN. U.S.A." on one side of the center pin, and "BERNARD 60-9" on the other side. These cutters have the conical spring loaded handles, and an end clip to hold them closed for storage. They are 9" long overall. The cutting edges are sharp, show minor signs of use, minor wear, good hinge joint, straight, not bent, very clean, not cracked, no rust, very useable. |
