A sewing basket made of a woven wicker type material. In good, usable condition, but does require some minor repair. Please view images. I think the ends of the strands of wicker can be tied in again. Measures 12 in. diameter and is 4.5 in. tall with the lid on. Use as intended or display. Countless other items than sewing supplies may be stored in this basket. Vintage would be from the '30's-'40's I believe.The cover is decorated with several glass beads, thread type tassels and I believe a large yellow bakelite ring for a handle. |
