Manufacturer: Syroco Wood Co, Syracuse, N.Y. Single bookend, depicting a team of oxen being driven and pulling a Conestoga type covered wagon, much like the pioneers used when heading west. Has great detail, material I believe to be Syroco; a molded pressed wood. Unmarked, was possibly made by Syroco Wood Co, Syracuse, N.Y. They often used paper labels. Condition: End chips here and there; some may be manufacturing flaws as the color is the same/ consistant. Horse & rider to the side, the ox team, driver to the side, and a man, woman, and child are riding in the front of the wagon, again, shows great detail.
