AN IDEAL 1970's "VELVET" DOLL, CRISSY'S COUSIN. "Velvet" is 15" high and comes with her original purple dress, panties, and shoes, and her original box. She has blonde grow hair, beautiful violet colored sleep eyes, and is fully jointed.
CONDITION: Very excellent condition. Her face color is good and hair is still shiny and pulls easily to lengthen and shortens simply by turning the knob on her back. Her clothes are in extremely clean condition. Unfortunately she is missing her hair ribbon. Her box is in good condition showing just a little shelf wear The yarn handle is still attached. The copyright date on the box is 1970, No. 1035-5. Velvet is know as the doll whose "Hair that grows, Hair that goes". Velvet has long blonde hair that retracts into her head when the knob on her back is turned. Velvet has lovely purple eyes that open and close. Her facial features are still bright. Velvet has on her original dress, panties There small discoloration spots about 1/32nd inch across.
