If you want us to perform the prayer-blessing, simply go through the order process along with checkout and in the comment section leave your first name and date of birth. In order to complete the prayer the remnants will be mailed to you with final instructions and a prayer. If you wish to purchase the kit only, go through the order process along with checkout. In the comment section just type in "kit only".
