This is a classy goldtone, mini bottle designed for Lanvin by Cartier to hold its prized fragrance...Arpege. Although this little 2.5" tall bottle is empty the gorgeous scent is still evident. The gold casing is in near-perfect condition, as is the label on the base that reads "Lavin Parfums Inc. ARPEGE 1/8 fl.oz New York Dist". The cap design bears the classic representation of Jeanne Lanvin and her small daughter. Arpege was first introduced in 1927; this bottle dates to the 1950's. What a prize for the vintage perfume/vanity collector!
