This is an early Walt Disney toothbrush holder made of bisque and cold painted. It depicts Mickey Mouse wiping the nose or mouth of Pluto. There are two holes for brushes and a tray in front for the toothpaste. This holder can be either wall hung or in can sit on the counter. It is marked "Copyright Walt E. Disney" on the back and "Made in Japan" on the bottom. The piece measures 3 ¾" across by 3 ½" tall. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Only some wear to the paint from being handled over the years.
