He is in a blister package that looks like it was taped back together, just the plastic covering. He was made by Arcotoys, Inc., A Mattel Company, Made in China, #66970. Bashful measures approximately 2¼ in. tall. He looks like he is in perfect condition, and the package in fair condition, but is all there.
