This wooden clown marionette puppet with strings attached to a wooden handle so that the puppet can be made to move and dance realistically has the original label on the bottom that is marked: Oriental Gift Shop/1982 World's Fair/Knoxville, Tennessee. Very colorfully dressed in striped pants in colors of red, green and white with a white shirt and blue trim collar he has yellow yarn hair and a red felt hat. In very good + condition he measures 10 1/2 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches wide. An addition to any World's Fair or Marionette Doll Collection.
