Two vintage animal valentines from around 1950.

The first one is a large squirrel holding a heart saying "This is No Idle Chatter-Be My Valentine." It is signed to "Vera Mae Phillips from Bernice Burkley." It is 6" tall and almost 4.5" wide.
The second one is a kitten talking on the phone saying "You're a cute Number Valentine. I want U 2 B Mine." It is signed to "Mr. Druckert from Becky, Greg and Janet." It is 3.5" tall and 3.5" wide. Both are in excellent condition.
The backs are slightly yellowed as one would expect in paper 60 years old. |
