Measure has metal body with celluloid top and bottom and cloth tape. Same graphics on both sides. 1 1/2" diameter. Tape pulls out and retracts perfectly.
Condition: Excellent. Metal is shiny with no damage or rust. Top/bottom are near mint with some very light scuffing to the finish.
