Art Deco Bakelite & Chrome Serving Tray Platter Vintage.
Nice serving tray from the 1920s - 1930s Art Deco Era.
It is unmarked - maker unknown.
The shape is almost square, but slight oblong with grooves along each end which curve around the handles.
It has ridged golden yellow or butterscotch Bakelite handles with incised lined, black trim on each end.
Measures 3/4 inch high X 13 5/8 inches long X 10 3/4 inches wide. Interior area slopes outward, appears to have once held an insert (probably glass), and measures approx 8 1/2 inches X 10 inches.
Has the customary signs of use, with some scratches to chrome. Handles are mostly shiny with just a few very tiny scratches.
