This is an African head ashtray, vintage kitsch. When a burning cigarette is in the tray, smoke comes out of the figures mouth. Made of ceramic with metal hoop earrings. Words "Zapateria Belen's" around collar, initials AH on back, presumably the artist.It measures about 6 inches tall.
