This is a vintage Sawyer View Master viewer in black bakelite. Marked with US Patent # 2,189,285 which dates it to the 1940s. Viewer measures 4 1/4 inches across, 3 1/2 inches tall, 2 7/8 inches deep. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Still works. Made in Portland, Oregon. This one has a label from Jeffcoat Studio, Everything Photographic, 321 North Broadway, Abilene, Kansas. The Studio is now a museum in the same location.
