Manufacturer: Homer Laughlin This is a small creamer which measures 4.5" at the front tip of George's hat which is ink stamped on the bottom: JOINT EXHIBIT OF CAPITAL AND LABOR THE AMERICAN POTTER NEW YORK WORLD'S FAIR 1939.
There are no damages noted, however the inside of the cup bottom is as I found it with what looks like maybe remnants of that putty-like stuff they use to keep flowers in a pot. Otherwise, this is a very nice example of Homer Laughlin.
