This is a vintage tole tray prior to the USSR. The usual gloss finish is somewhat dulled by water damage and use. This only makes the tray more desirable to those wanting a vintage look. The expertly painted flowers are colorful and bright. There is detailed gold decoration around the rim. It measures 12 1/2inches x 10 inches. Great looking tray.
