A very beautiful and ornate gilted brooch of the Art Nouveau early 1900's era. This brooch is wonderfully hand crafted using a double layering technique whereby the second layer that has the raised repousse flowers with centre paste rhinestones and trailing leaves has been crafted separately and added on by a fastening over the bottom layer.

| There is a large oval glass cabochon marbled stone of a minty green color. The back has the older style of C close. Measures 2-1/4 inches wide from east to west and is 1-1/2 inches tall from north to south. Excellent condition and a very stunning piece indeed. |
