This is an antique sterling silver shoehorn. It is hallmarked for Chester, England and dates to 1905. It has a maker's mark of J ? ? G. There is a winged cherub on both sides of the handle. The shoehorn measures 6-3/4 inches long. The handle is sterling silver but the horn portion may be made of another type of metal.
