Circa: unk Condition: Used Size: 3 inches Type: Wood Country of Origin: United States Manufacturer: Unknown Lure Maker
This listing is for an old wood fishing lure. There are no markings to indicate the maker. It was bought at an estate sale in Flint, MI, the home town of Bud Stewart. I am not implying that this is a Stewart lure; just giving history to help you identify it. This old wood lure has an aluminum lip that was hand hammered into its cup shape, two sets of treble hooks without cups screw into the belly, red head that angles forward, yellow eyes with black pupils, white body with silver glitter, and a vinyl or rubber split tail. This old wood fishing lure measures 3 inches long by 7/8 inch high by 3/4 inch thick. It is in the shape of a fat minnow. I cna find no damage, there is a dark spot on one side of the head that may or may not clean off. I rate this at about 8 on a scale of 10. If you can identify the maker I would love to hear from you.
