Unique Ransburg Red Stoneware Pitcher that was produced in the pattern known as Mexican and given the globe shape of the pitcher it was more then likely produced between 1945 – 1960s. It is approximately 6.00 inches tall and has no nicks, or chips, but does have some paint loss on the bottom as shown, a wonderful hand painted design that is in the need of a good cleaning and on the inside of the pitcher there is crazing. The bottom is marked Ransburg. Yes the pitcher looks more like an Orange Red, but Ransburg collectors refer to this color as Red. If you want different, then this pitcher is for you and would also look great in a southwestern style motif. |
