Copyright 1952, Richards Rosen Associates. This spiral bound 200-page bar guide measures about 4 inches by 4 inches when closed. The cover has minor creasing and smudges, but no tears. Some of the inside pages have watermarks and the tabs are creased but no tears. Includes original box which has smudging and some wear but is intact. The box is in Good condition. The bar guide book is in very good condition.
