This is an excellent used condition, unmarked,vintage hand made? 1930's silverplate? candle snuffer with a 2" swivel snuffer head and the length of the rod is 12". The handle consists of a 5/8" black bakelite ball, a 2 1/2" long round carved black bakelite piece, and a 1/2" round black bakelite ball.
