A wonderful, collectible pair of stork sewing scissors; circa 1920's. Very nicely detailed feathering! Measures 4 1/4".
These stork scissors were made in Germany, and sold by the Biddle Howe Co from Philadelphia, PA. Scissors are marked: "Biddle Howe Co Phila, PA Germany". Also stamped on both sides is the number "2".
They are in very good vintage condition with just some discoloration on one side on the stork's tail feathers and leg, as you can see in the photo.
