Manufacturer: Eagle Mark23 (ATE?)
These are vintage Sterling cuff links made in Mexico in the 1950s. The marks are an eagle mark #23, which may be ATEs mark. Also marked "Sterling 925 Mexico". These are nicely engraved with a narrow textured edge.

They are 7/8" in diameter.Good condition & would make a great gift.
