Collector Bookstore is a retailer of new books located in Leavenworth, Kansas. We specialize in price guides and reference books for the antiques and collectibles industry. A 250 page volume, with Hard Cover, Dust-Jacket, and in Full Color, shows for the first time, the myriad diversity, of accoutrements that the Colt Factory supplied with their famous revolvers. In Sam Colt's lifetime, he was always looking for an advantage over his competitors. To make sure that his revolvers had a competitive edge, all his revolvers were supplied with a bullet mold, as well as a combination tool "At no Cost" was his advertised promise. Here are the complete lists of accoutrements that were available to the public. Starting with the Paterson era, through the Walker Contract, the Hartford Era, the Cartridge and early Automatic Eras. For the first time, from major collections, both Public and Private, displayed in oversized color photographs, with accompanying large text, is the full story of Colt's accoutrements. His motto "Accept no substitutes". Another first with this volume: over 100 large color photographs of correct, original, Colt casings, from the Paterson era, all the different model Hartford Percussion Revolvers, as well as a wide selection of Cartridge Revolvers and the Colt Automatics, through to 1911.

One can easily compare from the photographs, which accoutrement belongs in which case. An absolute must for all Colt Collector's libraries.
