Circa: early 1900's-40's Condition: Good Manufacturer: not marked
This is a nice, clean 3/4 pound cobblers hammer that is not marked by the maker. The head has a 1.37" diameter head, and has a handle that is 9.8" long overall. The handle has a split in it noted, someone added a handle wedge in the end, but it was a bit too big. Although it solve the loose handle problem, there is also a split note. We don't see a problem with the handle as is, but you may want to change is for a newer one. We also note a few small chips off the edge of the round hammer head surface, otherwise in good shape. |
